Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’re here to help.
Conditions
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for returning the goods to us in as new condition. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded.
Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Returns should be sent using a recorded delivery service or with proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
