Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’re here to help.

 Conditions

  • We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You are responsible for returning the goods to us in as new condition. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded.

  • Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Returns should be sent using a recorded delivery service or with proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 Non Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect
